Aight, time to rock it out again - this time in support of a local haunted house! As many of you know, we’ve been participating in this haunted house for the past 3 years and it keeps getting better and better! But chills and thrills don’t come cheap - so cmon down and put a buck or two in the donation jar!

The 5th Annual Haunted House on Grandview Hill is open on Wednesday, October 31st (Halloween Night) from 6pm - 9pm, locally produced and free to the community. Each year a group of Venice and Mar Vista artists/musicians/performers/costume junkies create a unique spook house with campy theatrics, performance art and good old fashioned chills and thrills. Located in Mar Vista on Grandview Blvd near Palms, this house attracted 300+ visitors last year and is a local favorite.
This year’s theme is “Planet Doom” - think Plan 9 From Outer Space with a time machine: zombies meet aliens, do some time travel and wrestle with vampires (and the odd mummy). Also featured are a live alien band, space art, an intergalactic bar, and space ships.
